چکیده

In this paper the design and implementation of an automatic web-based framework, is shown. A template has been implemented using XML and JavaScript. The instantiation of this framework turn out different activities. The mains properties of this template are three: a) the result can be executed on web navigator; b) the programation is transparent to user. Only, the user has to fill the template and the activity is automatically generated. c) The student can interact with the system in different ways (click on an object; click and drag; select an area; answer by entering a text or a number; answer yes or no; answer multiple-choice questions). This tool is been used to create activities for the reinforcement of the addition operation. Key-Words: Man-Machine Interaction, Decision Support Systems, Multimedia

Migration of the ATLAS Metadata Interface (AMI) to Web 2.0 and cloud

The ATLAS Metadata Interface (AMI), a mature application of more than 10 years of existence, is currently under adaptation to some recently available technologies. The web interfaces, which previously manipulated XML documents using XSL transformations, are being migrated to Asynchronous JavaScript (AJAX). Web development is considerably simplified by the introduction of a framework based on JQ...

Instrumenting the Dynamic Web

One of the most critical driving forces in the evolution of interfaces on the Internet has been the logging built into common Web servers and the decade-long deployment of analytics based upon this data source. Page-view logging has slowly moved to callback systems using client-side scripting to capture more aspects of the user experience. With the rise of JavaScript-based client-side interacti...

Efficient Web Data Mining with Standard XML Technologies

The problem of Web data extraction and XML-based methodology whose goal extends far beyond simple “screen scraping are discussed.” An ideal data extraction process is able to digest target Web databases that are visible only as HTML pages, and create a local, identical replica of those databases as a result. What is needed in this process is much more than a Web crawler and set of Web site wrap...
